      • The Final Statement of the notification ATUMA vs. Unilever was published on 7 May 2024.

   2. 2023

      The following procedures were finalized in 2023:

      • The Follow-up to the Final Statement concerning the notification IUF et al. vs APG Asset Management on 21 December 2023. The Final Statement was published on 3 February 2022.
         
      • The Follow-up to the Final Statement concerning the notification FNV vs Chevron was published on 18 December 2023. The Final Statement was published on 24 March 2022.
         
      • The Evaluation of the Final Statement concerning the notification by FoE vs ING was published on 13 July 2023. The Final Statement was published on 7 April 2022.
         
      • The Final Statement of the notification by UNI Global Union vs IKEA Group was published on 6 July 2023. The Initial Assessment was published on 12 June 2019.
         
      • The Initial Assessment on the notification by 7 local suppliers of Pharmakina vs ING Groep N.V. and ING Belgium was published on 26 April 2023.
         
      • The Final Statement of the notification BWI et al. vs Inter IKEA BV. was published on 25 April 2023.
         
      • The Final Statement of the notification FNV vs Just Eat Takeaway.com was published on 22 March 2023.
         
      • The Initial Assessment of the notification by FNV and CNV vs Plantion and VBN was published on 22 February 2023.
         
      • The Final Statement of the notification by Aminigboko Community vs. the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited and Shell Headquarters was published on 10 February 2023. The Initial Assessment was published on 3 June 2021.

      The following procedures were finalized in 2022:

      • The Evaluation of the Final Statement regarding the notification submitted by Obelle Concern Citizens regarding The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC) and Royal Dutch Shell was published on 16 December 2022. Final Statement was published on 27 February 2020.
         
      • The Final Statement of the notification 'Milieudefensie/Friends of the Earth Netherlands, WALHI/Friends of the Earth Indonesia and SDI/Friends of the Earth Liberia and ING' was published on 7 April 2022. The Initial Assessment was published on 20 January 2020. 
         
      • The Final Statement of the notification FNV, ITF, PSI, IndustriALL Global Union vs. Chevron Netherlands BV at al. was published on 24 March 2022. The Initial Assessment was published on 22 June 2021. 
         
      • The Evaluation of the Final Statement regarding the notification from UNI Global Union vs VEON has been published on 23 March, 2022. The Final Statement was published on 11 February 2020.
         
      • The Final Statement of the notification four Trade Unions vs APG Asset Management was published on 3 February 2022. The Initial Assessment of this specific instance  was published 20 May 2021.

   4. 2021

      The following procedures were finalized in 2021:

      • The Evaluation of the Final Statement regarding the notification of FIVAS, the Initiative to Keep Hasankeyf Alive and Hasankeyf Matters vs Bresser has been published on 29 June 2021. The Final Statement was published on 20 August 2018. 
         
      • The Evaluation of the Final Statement regarding the notification of IUF vs Perfetti van Melle has been published on 16 June 2021. The Final Statement was published on 15 June 2020. 
         
      • The Evaluation of the Final Statement regarding the notification former employees Bralima vs Bralima and Heineken has been published on 21 April 2021. The Final Statement was published on 18 August 2017. 
         
      • The Initial Assessment on the specific instance of a U.S. Citizen vs. G4S and ING was published on 20 January 2021. The Netherlands NCP concluded that the notification did not merit further consideration so there will be no final statement.

   5. 2020

      The following procedures were finalized in 2020:

      • The Evaluation of the Final Statement regarding the notification of Oxfam Novib, Greenpeace, BankTrack and Milieudefensie vs ING has been published on November 25, 2020. The Final Statement was published on April 19, 2019. 

      • The Evaluation of the Final Statement regarding the notification Hou Friesland Mooi vs Nuon Energy N.V. has been published on October 21, 2020. The evaluation is only available in the Dutch language. The Final Statement was published on December 18, 2018. 

      • The Initial Assessment on the specific instance Dewan Pengurus Pusat (Konfederasi) Serikat Buruh Sejahtera Indonesia vs. CNV was published on 28 September 2020. The Netherlands NCP concluded not to take the notification into further consideration so there will be no final statement. 

      • The final statement of the notification IUF vs. Perfetti van Melle was published on 15 June 2020.

      • The Initial Assessment on the specific instance of Mr. Kajangu, Mr. Bankulikire, Mr. Ntumba and Mr. Masumboko vs. Bralima (Bukavu, DRC) and Heineken N.V. was published March 20, 2020. The Netherlands NCP concluded not to take the issue into further consideration so there will be no final statement.

      • The final statement of the notification Obelle Concern Citizens (OCC) vs. Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC) and Royal Dutch Shell (RDS) was published on 27 February 2020.

      • The  final statement of the notification UNI Global Union vs. VEON was published on 11 February 2020. The Initial Assessment of this specific instance  was published 6 February 2018.

      The following procedures were finalized in 2019:

      • The Final Statement notification of Oxfam Novib, Greenpeace NL, BankTrack and Friends of the Earth (Netherlands), versus the ING bank, was published on 19 April 2019. The Initial Assessment on the specific instance of 4 NGO's vs ING was published, November 14, 2017.
         
      • The Initial Assessment on the specific instance of Mr. Kajangu vs. Bralima and Heineken N.V. was published August 7, 2019. The Netherlands NCP concluded not to take the issue into further consideration so there will be no final statement.
         
      • The Initial Assessment of the specific instance of UNI Global Union vs IKEA Group, was published 12 June 2019

      The following procedures were finalized in 2018:

      • The Final Statement Notification of Hou Friesland Mooi vs NUON Energy N.V. was published on 18 December 2018. The Initial Assessment was published 19 June 2018.
         

      • The Final Statement Notification of FIVAS, the Initiative to Keep Hasankeyf Alive and Hasankeyf Matters vs Bresser, was published August 20, 2018. The Initial Assessment was published January 9, 2018.
         

      • The Evaluation of the Final Statement of Friends of the Earth Europe and Friends of the Earth the Netherlands/Milieudefensie vs Rabobank, was published 23 July 2018. The Final Statement was published January 16, 2016.
         

      • The Evaluation of the Final Statement of Both Ends et al vs ADSB (Atradius Dutch State Business) was published on May 3rd, 2018. The Final Statement of Both Ends vs ADSB, was published, November 30, 2016.

   8. 2017

      The following procedures were finalized in 2017:

      • The Initial Assessment on the specific instance of a former employee of Philips Lighting vs. Philips Lighting was published, October 25th, 2017.  The NCP concluded not to take the issue into further consideration so there will be no final statement.
         

      • The Evaluation of the Final Statement of Stapert vs Mylan was published on September 27th, 2017.
        The Final Statement Bart Stapert, attorney, vs Mylan, was published, 11th April, 2016.
         

      • The Final Statement regarding the Former Employees of Bralima vs. Bralima-Heineken, 18th August 2017. The Initial Assessment was published on June, 28th, 2016, Bralima vs Bralima and Heineken.

      The following Specific Instances were finalized in 2016:

      • Final Statement regarding Both ENDS, Fórum Suape vs Atradius DSB, 30th November 2016

   10. 2015

       Four Specific Instances were received by the Dutch NCP, but none of them were finalised in 2015:

       • The Netherlands NCP published its initial assessment on the specific instance ‘Friends of the Earth Europe and Friends of the Earth Netherlands/Milieudefensie – Rabobank’ on December 16, 2014.
       • The Netherlands NCP published its initial assessment on the specific instance ‘Bart Stapert, attorney at law vs Mylan’ July 17, 2015.
       • The Netherlands NCP published its initial assessment on the specific instance “Both ENDS, Fórum Suape, Conectas, Colônia de Pescadores do Município - Atradius Dutch State Business" on 3 December 2015. The English translation was published December 17^th 2015.
       • On 14th December 2015, 168 former employees of Bralima Heineken in Bukavu, DRC (period 1999-2003) notified a specific instance with the Dutch National Contact Point with regard to an alleged violation of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises by Bralima in Bukavu, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Heineken N.V., based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands
