Invitation: NCP stakeholder meeting about 'effective corporate grievance mechanisms', Thursday, 23rd April 2015.
How can your company respond to situations
that have an unintentional negative impact on your company’s stakeholders, for
example your employees or community-based organisations? Giving these groups
access to a mechanism that treats their complaint in a fair and transparent
manner is an important part of a fully integrated CSR policy within your
company.
How can you implement an effective grievance mechanism within your company? And
what best practices are already available to learn from?
This will be the topic of the next stakeholder meeting from the Dutch National
Contact Point for the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, which will
take place on April 23 in Amsterdam.
With presentations and discussions with experts from the NCP and organizations
such as Akzo Nobel, Fair Wear Foundation and SOMO this morning will tackle your
questions on effective corporate grievance mechanisms.
This meeting will only be held in Dutch.
