The Evaluation of the Final Statement regarding 'Both Ends et al vs ADSB' (Atradius Dutch State Business) is published, May 3rd, 2018.

In the Final Statement of November 30th, 2016, it was agreed that the NCP would conduct an evaluation with both parties after one year.
