NCP Publication Initial Assessment UNI Global Union vs. IKEA Group

The Dutch NCP has accepted the case of UNI Global Union regarding an alleged violation of the OECD Guidelines by IKEA Group with headquarters in the Netherlands.

The notification concerns IKEA's headquarters' obligation, to conduct due diligence with regard to trade union rights.

The NCP is of the opinion that the notification merits further consideration and has offered its good offices to both parties.
UNI Global Union as well as IKEA Group, have accepted the NCP's offer.
