Follow-up to the Final Statement regarding FNV et al. vs Chevron

The Follow-up on the Final Statement regarding the notification submitted by trade unions FNV, ITF, PSI and IndustriALL Global Union regarding Chevron Netherlands B.V. et al. has been published on 18 December 2023.

The notification concerned alleged non-observance of the OECD Guidelines with regard to alleged adverse impacts related to lack of disclosure of expected enterprise information and the non-compliance with the spirit of the Dutch tax law by 14 Netherlands-based entities of Chevron Corporation, which has its headquarters in the US.

The NCP concluded that the enterprise has not followed up on the recommendations of the NCP. The Final Statement was published on 24 March 2022.
