NCP cross sector research

In 2016 the Netherlands Government requested the NCP to investigate the compliance of the Dutch Oil and Gas Sector to the OECD Guidelines. The report of the research, executed by CE Delft/Arcadis, accompanied by a letter of the NCP, was handed over to the Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation in January 2019. On April 18, 2019, the Minister forwarded the report and the letter to the House of Representatives of the Netherlands.
